Administrative Assistant

Tirecraft Picture Butte is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. Hours are very flexible! You would need to be on site 2-4 afternoons a week, depending on workload or other circumstances.

Job Duties:

• Data entry (entering accounts payable invoices)
• Processing accounts receivable payments (EFT, E-transfer, Credit Cards, and Cheques)
• Manage accounts payable make sure payments are made in a timely manner
• Bank runs
• Checking the mail
• Journal Entries
• Bank Reconciliations
• Government remittances (GST, Corp Tax, Tire Recycling)
• Filing
• Perform day-ends and month-ends
• Payroll

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary or business administration certificate would be an asset
• Attention to detail and accurate recording of information
• Experience with bookkeeping minimum one year
• Computer Skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
• Knowledge of tax regulations & payroll processing
• Punctual
• Work well independently
• Quick learner
• Organized

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Salary: From $19.00 per hour
