Rubber Stone is a dynamic and growing concrete resurfacing company. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the organization, particularly in handling scheduling, email correspondence, and social media engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Assessments:
- Initiate and manage phone calls to schedule assessments for clients, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
- Maintain a detailed and organized schedule to avoid conflicts and optimize time management.
- Email Management:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming emails, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prioritize and categorize emails to streamline communication and facilitate quick responses.
- Social Media Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on the company's Facebook page in a courteous and timely manner.
- Phone Communication:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Provide information and assistance to callers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, scheduling details, and communication interactions.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate with other administrative staff and team members to ensure seamless workflow.
- Provide general administrative support as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months
Salary: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
