We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. This position plays a crucial role in helping our team in various facets of the business. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist with benefits inquiries and resolve issues with timesheets/payroll.
- Collect and manage receipts and other support tasks with accounting.
- Procure catering, groceries, office supplies, and so on.
- Assist in accounts payables and preparing payments.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Greet customers, clients, and visitors professionally.
- Post job openings and assist in screening candidates.
- Prepare and review agreements, contracts, and legal documents as needed.
- Help manage our charity initiatives and assist in event planning.
- Other tasks that support the management team.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
You must have a Canadian work permit and currently live in Canada, this position is non-remote.
