McClure Place is seeking a kind hearted servent-leader Office Administrative Assistant to round out our community focused team. We are looking for a proactive-problem solver that can make our residents feel safe, respected, and appreciated.
This permanent part-time position involves a variety of office and administrative tasks including reception duties, database maintenance, minute taking, correspondence and file management, mail distribution and other tasks as needed. Strong positive interpersonal and exceptional organizational skills together with competency in Microsoft 365 are required. Previous experience working with seniors and in a non-profit setting is considered an asset. A recent criminal record check including vulnerable sector check is required for employment.
