SalaryWe require a full-time Administrative Assistant for a busy law practice. Experience in a legal environment is not necessary to apply.
The qualities we are looking for foremost are
1. Communication skills - must be pleasant, polite, and have a good rapport with our clients
2. Attention to detail - must demonstrate a high degree of accuracy in their work
3. Be organized - have a clean and organized work station and maintain client files in an organized fashion
Please note that this job is only open to applicants with administrative experience, an administrative or office assistant diploma, or in a related area.
The duties for this position include
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, responding to clients
- Scheduling meetings between clients and the lawyer
- Data entry for existing forms
