We’re looking for an efficient Administrative Assistant to assist our organization in a
broad range of administrative tasks. Your main responsibilities will include handling
office correspondence, utilizing our storage computer software, and interacting with
customers in person and by phone. You will be in charge of confidential data and must
be highly organized. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills.
Proper spelling and grammar are essential, as well as strong typing skills and
knowledge of Microsoft Office.
This position is part-time – consistent Friday-Saturday availability essential.

Secondary School (preferred)
