This job is an administrative support position for an archaeological consulting company. The basics of the job are to help schedule and manage the ongoing archaeological projects that take place; making sure that necessary permits and paperwork are in order, clients and subcontractors notified and work is properly assigned. Additional tasks are outlined below. This is a work-from-home position with coordination with management team through phone, email and video link.

- Provide administrative support to the team, including project scheduling and updating
-Payroll and records of employment
-WSIB injury claims when they occur
-Coordinate Health and Safety and serve on a joint health and safety committee
-new employee contracts
-purchasing
```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience in an administrative role,
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office and task scheduling software such as Monday
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
