Job Description
CEDA is looking for an Administrative Assistant based out of our Estevan, Sk office! This position provides a wide range of administrative support for our field workers.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the challenge of independent work while supporting field and office operations. Your adaptability and eagerness to learn is what will make you a success as you understand the business and how things flow.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, shipping, filing, coordinating office supplies, ordering personal protective equipment (PPE), and preparing minutes for various operational meetings
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems including tracking and reporting duties as required such as; daily tickets (LEMS) , safety tickets in the learning management system and requesting employee orientations
- Review payroll summary bi-weekly to ensure employees are paid in an accurate and timely manner
- Use the dispatch system and perform the daily data entry of LEMS into FieldFX and ensure all billing is captured appropriately and timely
- Process LEMS and credits for divisional invoicing into internal and external systems
- Update excel financial reports daily and distribute to manager/necessary personnel
- Provide support/coverage to front reception desk as required - answer telephones and greet incoming visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Work with internal travel team to arrange travel as required
- Other duties as assigned
Role Specifications
- 2+ years of related working experience would be an asset or a related administrative certificate
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel and Word
- Experience with FieldFX, Intelex, Sharepoint, Microsoft AX and Excel all considered an asset
- High level of organization, confidentiality and accountability

- Ability to work with minimal instructions and has a high degree of accountability
- Quick learner, especially when it comes to computer programs
