Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our company. This is a part-time position.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, handling correspondence and some bookkeeping
- Maintain and update files, records, and databases
- Assist with data entry and data management
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Provide clerical support to various departments as needed
- Utilize computerized systems and software, including QuickBooks and Microsoft
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for administrative tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
