We’re a small but growing residential renovation company based in downtown Toronto. We specialize in increasing space and functionality in downtown houses. Whether it’s a new third storey, a rear addition, or making existing spaces more functional, we love helping our clients grow in the home they love.

The Role
- Providing administrative support to the owner and the team
- Managing incoming email correspondence
- Managing payroll and some HR duties
- Tracking costs and verifying budgets
- Implementing new systems from quality control to standard operating procedures

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational, customer service and communication skills
- Previous office management or admin experience
- Proficient in Google Suite (particularly google sheets)

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
