Job description
Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Administrative Assistant's main responsibilities are to:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Greet and provide general support to visitors.
- Receive, sort and distribute mail.
- Draft and edit administrative documents.
- Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, hotels, planes, etc., for meetings and business trips of various members of senior management.
- Participate in the organization of factory visits.
- Assist in the preparation of daily reports.
- Provide technical support on Victoriaville & Co's various digital tools to our customers.
- Manage the posting of various communications on televisions and other in-house bulletin boards.
- Track and generate reports on the corporate sponsorships.
- Help organize corporate events and conventions.
- All other related tasks.

Qualifications
Education and accreditations:
- Diploma of Vocational Studies in Secretarial or Administrative Technique or any other combination of education and experience deemed relevant
Type of experience required:
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar position
Special Skills:
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
- Computer skills and familiarity with the Windows and Office 365 environment
- Thoroughness and good written communication skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication skills and discretion in the execution of tasks
