Compensation Package

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support to Service Manager, Safety Manager & Project Management Team
- Preparation of work packages
- Build technical reports for review
- File safety paperwork & document statistics weekly/monthly (paper/electronic documents)
- Edit or create various documentation including forms, certificates, procedures & presentations
- Data entry
- Book training as required
- Subcontractor information management
- Assist with safety equipment management & supply
- Vehicle/equipment maintenance management
Skills and Qualifications
- Expert use of Microsoft Office
- Degree, diploma, or certificate from a recognized administration program
- Experience with data entry
- Excellent grammar & proofreading skills
- Experience with file management systems (Dropbox, Sharepoint, etc.)
- ISN experience would be considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn & accept additional responsibilities
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
