MKS Financial is looking to add one (1) admin assistant to its team. Preference will be given to someone with experience in the life insurance/investment industry. Were looking for someone proactive and detail-oriented with great communication skills and a drive for delivering an exceptional client experience. As a member of the team, you will need to have strong relationship-building skills, and a drive for continual improvement.
Administrative Duties:
Assist with paperwork
Assist with mutual fund processing & follow up
Assist with insurance application processing & follow up
Maintain a record of client interactions via CRM
General office duties e.g: mail, scanning, filing, etc.
Manage and execute marketing activities in social media & campaigns
Client Services:
Keep clients up to date during the application process & follow up as needed
Keep CRM up to date with meeting notes, phone calls & actions taken
Complete beneficiary changes, policy changes, redemptions, deposits, etc.
Professionally respond & assist clients via telephone/e-mail
Book and/or confirm client appointments, send appointment reminders & prepare client files
Engage in projects to enhance client experiences
The ideal candidate has:
Experience as an assistant in an office setting, a post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of experience and education
Strong project management skills with prioritization & anticipation of needs
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, & accuracy
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Tools, Internet usage & a Contact Management System
Strong knowledge of technology systems and familiarity with social media
Ideally have experience in Financial Services, but lack thereof can be overcome with a strong willingness to learn and develop
