Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
· Generate reports for clients from field data
· Dispatch service requests to field technicians
· Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
· Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
· Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
· Maintain office supplies and inventory
· Assist with data entry and record keeping
· Coordinate travel and lodging
· Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
