Subcool Mechanical is currently seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to join our Morinville branch.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the leadership team for all administrative and paperwork requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Assign and prioritize customer jobs for all Projects (call ins, scheduled or sales requested).
- Handle and manage questions from employees and customers regarding procedures, products, and issues that may arise regarding scheduling and paperwork.
- Adhere to daily, weekly, monthly reporting requirements as established by the leadership team.
- Build forms documents charts and policies
- Additional duties may be defined within the scope of this position.
Job Requirements:
- Experienced in Microsoft Suites and other basic computer applications.
- An ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
- Having a keen attention to accuracy and detail.
- The ability and willingness to learn and adjust to changing priorities and focus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Assertive personality as strong communication is required
- Possessing good communication and organizational skills.
- High School or equivalent educational background is required.
- Diploma in Business Administration or related fields is preferred.
- 3-5 years experience would be considered an asset.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
