SalaryNiagara Motors is growing their service/customer care team and are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator.
The main duties include scheduling service appointments, liaising with parts and sales department, coordination of technicians with service advisors and assisting service manager with recalls, new campaigns, promotions, etc.
This is a permanent full time position with a competitive wage, bonus structure and health care benefits.
The ideal applicant is familiar with automotive service departments, is comfortable learning new computer software and understands the importance of high quality customer service.
We are hoping to fill this position as soon as possible.
