Key Responsibilities:
- Work as support in the role of Assistant Project Coordinator,
- Assistant Project coordinator for numerous types of construction services
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project scheduling/status,
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely and successful project completion,
- Assist in the development of project plans, research, schedules, and budgets,
- Schedule regular project meetings for the Project Coordinator to update team members on project status and address any issues that may arise,
- Prepare and distribute project documentation and reports as needed/requested,
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery,
- Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members,
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including supplier estimates, signed contracts, change orders, and progress reports,
- Other tasks as requested by the Project Coordinator.
Septic Designs/Installations:
- Gather information to complete Permit Application with various Municipalities/Conservation/Oak Ridges Moraine/other,
- Complete the online Permit Applications with various Municipalities/Conservation/Oak Ridges Moraine/other,
- Request Building Inspections with the various Municipalities/Conservation/Oak Ridges Moraine/other,
- Send completed project documentation as requested by the Municipal/Conservation/Oak Ridges Moraine/other Inspectors,
- Other tasks as requested
Project Administration:
- Prepare project binders
- Maintain and update project binders with information as it becomes available,
- Prepare supplier price binders,
- Maintain supplier information/material price binders,
- File Maintenance – maintain project information in project Folder in “One Drive”,
- Request “Locates” on Ontario One Call,
- Process supplier quotes for materials with Purchase Order,
- Spreadsheet project costs when project is completed,
- Other administration duties as requested.

Salary: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
