Service Coordinator

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Facilitate coordination with other divisions to bolster service operations
• Collaborate with Service Manager (SM) and Inspection Manager (IM) to review hours and follow

up with technicians accordingly

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the entire service operations process and provide

support to SM as needed

• Regularly update service reports (such as GM, Work in Progress, hours, etc.) on a weekly basis
• Aid in scheduling future works with SMs
• Assist in arranging technician reviews and safety observations
• Assist in documenting completed training in the technician logbook
• Ensure completion of Job Hazard Assessments and follow-up with technicians
• Complete expense reports and monthly visa expense forms
• Fill out tool allowance forms
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation (OHSA), promote safe working practices including safe equipment operation, hazard reporting, and awareness of rights
• This position will be required to work out of our Oakville location 1 day per week

• Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU NEED

• Minimum of two-years' experience in a similar role
• Experience in service, manufacturing or heavy equipment is considered an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong multi-tasker and excel at coping with conflicting priorities and deadlines
• Eager, positive and a team-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Flexible and adaptable
