Iles Electric first established business in Regina in 1982.
We have since earned the enviable reputation of providing
quality, professional and cost-effective electrical construction
and maintenance services. We are safety certified, having
earned and maintained our Certificate of Recognition since
1998. Our scope of work includes commercial, industrial and
residential, electrical construction and maintenance services.
We are seeking a part-time - full time Administrative Assistant. You will be responsible for the timely and orderly flow of information and administrative services. This position is often the first point of contact for individuals and customers connecting with Iles Electric.
Primary duties include:
Phones
Receipt of deliveries
Filing
Initiating work orders: spreadsheet
Social media updates
Permits
Line locates
Various others as time permits
Please genuinely enjoy dealing with people and possess superior phone and interpersonal skills. Listening, responding and conveying concise information in a professional, courteous manner is critical. Spreadsheet/database experience an asset. Our scope of work requires a clear criminal record.
