Administrative Assistant

Monday to Friday

-One or Two years in administrative role an asset

-Works with small team in a support /assistant capacity

-Looking for positive, energetic, detail orientated

-Answering phones calls

- Inputting data into various systems

-General office duties and other task as required

-Works well in team environment

-Self motivated, Positive attitude, willingness to learn

- Ability to work with Confidential information with tact and diplomacy

-Microsoft office ,Word, Excel and Outlook

-Accounts Payable & Receivables Knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.30 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
