We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative/ Personal Assistant to join our team. As an Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a casual part time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, return email, general inquirie.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Assist with document management and record keeping
- website updates, Social media posts, updates and creation of content.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquette
- Knowledge of Google Suite is a plus
- Customer support experience is a plus
-Social media platforms, content creation and video editing an asset
