RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Type, proofread, and format a wide variety of reports, letters, memorandums, and presentations.
- Compile information for reports and presentations from both written and verbal communication.
- Review and coordinate mail and documents for signature.
- Coordinate accommodations for customer and employee visits.
- Coordinate meeting arrangements (meeting rooms, catering, calendar invites).
- Manage and maintain employee discount program.
- Prepare and post various employee communications on the Winpak Division SharePoint site.
- Prepare purchase requisitions (ex. business cards).
- Reconcile invoices from local hotels and catering services.
- Assist with general travel management program inquiries.
- Assist with gathering and proofreading articles for Corporate quarterly newsletter.
- Assist in organizing Winpak’s yearly United Way campaign and other employee events.
- Support main reception by providing backup as needed.
- Provide general office support.
- Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in another administrative support position.
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (including PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- Exemplary planning and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloads.
- High level verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Work is primarily in an office setting with extended periods at a computer, sitting, or standing.
