SalaryOur busy denture clinic is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant. As an essential member of our team, an Admin Assistant is responsible for daily organization of the practice. This permanent position includes general administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
- Answering phones and greeting patients
- Manage emails, maintain accurate records and file management
- Communicate with insurance companies and other
- Booking appointments
- Submitting insurance authorizations and processing transactions
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in office management and/or administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, experience with Maxident programming also an asset
- Experience in a dental office or denture clinic is an asset
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain effective communication with clinic staff
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
