Administrative Assistant
Blue Collar Mortgages is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join us, Our company is recruiting a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to manage our office activities remotely by performing administrative duties. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include providing exceptional client service, processing invoices, knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Applications and maintaining files. As an Administrative Assistant, you must be highly organized with strong communication and time management skills. Since you will work closely with our team, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-starter who can handle many tasks at once. This role is pivotal to our success and will involve working with our team of professionals in the Banking & Financial Services industries. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Answer phone calls and emails from clients and colleagues
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Provide general support to visitors and clients
- Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
