Fortress windows and doors is a local manufacturer and retailer of windows and doors. With over 50 years in the windows and doors business, we pride ourselves on our reputation for quality windows and doors and our installation of them.
We are currently hiring for a qualified Administrative Assistant. Position will be part time, 20-30 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities will include:
- Fielding calls and emails from customers requesting quotations.
- Inputting customer information into computer
- Dealing with walk in customers requests/questions
- Inputting sales invoices, purchase invoices.
- General Data Entry.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Minimum grade 12 education
- Must be permanent resident or Canadian Citizen
- Knowledge of the construction industry considered an asset
- Post Secondary diploma considered an asset
- Previous administrative experience
- Good computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Applicants should have good scheduling and time management skills
- Applicants should have good communication skills
- Applicants must be willing to learn new skills.
