The position offered:
Its Canadian division, Transervice Lease Co, operating in over 42 locations primarily in Ontario, Quebec and Newfoundland, is seeking for an (1) Administrative Clerk, who has experience in the automotive industry, to join the team located in our Montreal office. This position is permanent, full time and mostly telecommuting.
Fonctions principales:
- Responsible for the compilation of accounts payable to suppliers;
- Gathers purchase orders, delivery notes, and compiles documents for payments;
- Checks and reconciles accounts payable with statements of account;
- Performs the various follow-ups and communicates with the suppliers;
Other requirements:
- Experience in the automotive industry;
- Bilingualism required (French & English) both orally and in writing;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheet;
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Outlook email;
