We are recruiting for 2 Administrative Clerks for our client, a reputable firm located in the heart of downtown Saskatoon. As the Administrative Clerk, your duties will include:
-Filing, photocopying and scanning.
-Tracking, coding and distributing incoming mail.
-Data entry and tracking of statements and billings.
-preparing letters and reports.
-Payment and tracking of accounts payable.
-Booking of travel and preparation of expense reports for staff.
-Booking meetings, process and depositing cheques as well as tracking attendance.
-Preparing labels, files and binders as well as various other administrative duties
-Project work as required.
Job Requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and the internet;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Motivated and professional at all times (very important), mature, positive attitude;
- Able to work independently; open to ask questions;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Honest and trustworthy; strong work ethics;
- Teamplayer; open to assisting others as required.
