Element Forensic Engineering (Element) provides the opportunity for associates to utilize and expand their technical and non-technical skills in a fast-paced environment, filled with challenging projects.
Element is currently offering an immediate opportunity for an Administrative Clerk.
Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to various departments as needed. Administrative support may include but not be limited to:
- Coordinating with municipalities for emergency reports.
- Coordinating courier shipments (and downloading corresponding invoices).
- Entering laboratory disbursements into project invoices.
- Creating chain of custody for project evidence items.
- Maintaining evidence retention inventory record.
- Creating personal vehicle use expense forms for evidence collection.
- Coordinating tasks for Element Consulting Services as required.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years office experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced office environment.
- Enjoy working as a team and willing to support other roles.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
