Administrative Clerk

Forensic Engineering, as an industry, is designed to rely on scientific principles to investigate all types of failures impacting service, people, and business production, from minor to catastrophic.

Element Forensic Engineering (Element) provides the opportunity for associates to utilize and expand their technical and non-technical skills in a fast-paced environment, filled with challenging projects.

Element is currently offering an immediate opportunity for an Administrative Clerk.

Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to various departments as needed. Administrative support may include but not be limited to:

• Coordinating with municipalities for emergency reports.
• Coordinating courier shipments (and downloading corresponding invoices).
• Entering laboratory disbursements into project invoices.
• Creating chain of custody for project evidence items.
• Maintaining evidence retention inventory record.
• Creating personal vehicle use expense forms for evidence collection.
• Coordinating tasks for Element Consulting Services as required.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) years office experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced office environment.
• Enjoy working as a team and willing to support other roles.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
