Adecco is currently recruiting for Data Entry Associate in Ottawa, ON for a 6-month contract. With possibility of extension.
The ideal candidate must:
- Must hold an active Reliability Status Security Clearance or be eligible for one.
- To be eligible for a Security Clearance you must have 5 years in Canada without a change of address outside of the country.
- Must be Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
- $16.50 / hr
- Mon - Fri 8 to 4:30 (sometimes 4:00)
- Onsite work in Nepean
The Data Entry Associate responsibilities are:
- Opening and Sorting documents into different categories
- Prepare documents and shipments.
- Data entry when needed.
- Scanning and sorting documents
- Sort, open and lay flat mail.
- Must hold an active Reliability Status Security Clearance or be eligible for one.
- Typing must have 6,000 and above for keystrokes is considered an asset.
- Great attention to detail
- Physically able to lift and move boxes (12kg)
- Able to work on a computer and work within a team.
- Previous work experience in records management would be considered a great asset.
