Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Data Entry Clerkfor our client located in Toronto, ON.
As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll assess metrics and KPIs, develop customer insights models for speech analytics, and apply analytics tools to generate actionable insights. With SQL queries, you'll support analytics solutions under the guidance of senior staff. Additionally, you'll conduct ad hoc analyses, create data visualizations, and collaborate with peers to cultivate a culture of curiosity.
The ideal candidate should hold a university degree in a language-related field or possess equivalent experience, along with at least one year of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data science. Additionally, they should have at least one year of experience in business analysis or in a direct client relationship role, coupled with one year of professional data analysis and development skills.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate metrics / KPIs and support the development of customer insights models for speech analytics
Apply analytics tooling, scripts, and methodologies to find actionable insights, build operations models & frameworks, and provide strategic recommendations
With the support of the Manager and Senior Manager, Analytics write queries for analytics solutions using SQL
Produce ad hoc analyses, deep dives, and drill-downs on specific issues, topics, or areas of opportunity Produce and analyze data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with peers to build a culture of curiosity
Qualifications & Skills:
Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
University degree in a language field or equivalent experience
1+ years of business intelligence, analytics, or data science experience
1+ years of business analysis or direct client relationship role
1+ years of professional data analysis skills and development skills
Experience with cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP) an asset
Contact center experience is highly preferred
French and/or Spanish fluency an asset
Proven ability to multi-task.
Attention to detail while keying in client information in software tool.
Collaboration in diverse team and settings
Proven ability to work autonomously.
Proven organization skills and time management.
Excellent written and communication skills to clearly express concepts and ideas.
