Job description

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to join our team. The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical office and possess excellent customer service skills.

DUTIES:

Host clinics
Answer and direct phone calls

Schedule appointments

Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, faxing and filing

Maintain electronic filing system
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Data entry

EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience working in a medical office is preferred
Familiarity with phone systems and EMR is a plus
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience as a receptionist or front desk clerk
