Business Services Unlimited, Limited, an office support company servicing the Simcoe County Area for over 40 years, is currently seeking an Administrative Clerk/Assistant to perform general office clerical work and other various office tasks. This position will require a high degree of accuracy as well as a high level of skill in time management, organization, multi-tasking abilities and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Answering a multi line phone system with approximately 10-15 lines.
· Receiving and re-directing calls & emails to the appropriate individual in a professional
and courteous manner
· Maintains personnel records and prepares a variety of personnel documents
· Experience with Outlook is required
· Candidate must be proficient in word processing and be capable of composing
professional business correspondence
· Filing, photocopying and scanning of documents
· Prepare basic spreadsheets as required
· Prior experience working with Excel is essential
· Prior experience with QuickBooks is an asset
· Typing letters, reports, statistical and financial tables, and other documents from original
and other drafts
· Assist with tracking multiple client government remittances including WSIB, Source
Deductions, HST & Corporate tax
· Data entry experience an asset
· Handle cash, visa transactions and prepare banking deposits
· Various other office duties as required

Hours of operations are Monday – Friday 8:30 to 5:00.
Remuneration: $18.00 - $20.00 based on experience.
