Located on the beautiful Shuswap Lake, BC, we are proud to offer a wide selection of both new and pre-owned boats for sale. In addition, we provide top-notch maintenance services to ensure our customers’ boats remain in optimal condition. We are in search of a highly proficient and self-motivated Administrative Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans and policies to effectively manage administrative operations within the business.
- Supervise and provide guidance to staff responsible for records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services.
- Ensure compliance with company governance standards and regulatory requirements within the dealership.
- Manage and allocate budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
- Prepare administrative documents, including reports, contracts, documents for management, analyzing the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative services.
- Lead recruitment efforts, conduct interviews, and oversee the training and development of administrative staff to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
Qualifications:
- Degree in business admin or a related field
- At least 3 years of directly work experience.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $35.00-$43.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
