Administrative Manager

Little River Boat world Inc. is a fully integrated marine business and boat dealership dedicated to providing exceptional boating experiences. Located on the beautiful Shuswap Lake, BC, we are proud to offer a wide selection of both new and pre-owned boats for sale. In addition, we provide top-notch maintenance services to ensure our customers’ boats remain in optimal condition. We are in search of a highly proficient and self-motivated Administrative Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic plans and policies to effectively manage administrative operations within the business.
• Supervise and provide guidance to staff responsible for records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services.
• Ensure compliance with company governance standards and regulatory requirements within the dealership.
• Manage and allocate budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
• Prepare administrative documents, including reports, contracts, documents for management, analyzing the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative services.
• Lead recruitment efforts, conduct interviews, and oversee the training and development of administrative staff to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.

Qualifications:

• Degree in business admin or a related field
• At least 3 years of directly work experience.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35.00-$43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
