FUNCTION & DUTIES:
· Prepare group/individual travel, payment of invoices and arranging payment of travel claims;
· Lead the coordination of the Students on Ice file;
· Request Temporary Teaching Authorizations and Tolerances from the MEESR for teachers who are not yet certified and give a follow up to the requests alongside the Administration Officer;
· Collaborate with the Assistant Director and the Administration Officer in the preparation of annual reports to be presented to the MEESR, to McGill and to the Commissioners;
· Any other related task, as directed by the immediate supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
College diploma (DEC) in administration or a diploma or attestation of studies which is recognized as equivalent by the Board.
The Board may, at its discretion, waive any or all of the afore-mentioned qualifications if it finds a suitable candidate who is a beneficiary of the James Bay and Northern Québec Agreement (JBNQA) and who accepts, as a condition of employment, to follow a training plan determined by the Board.
