Technician, Data entry (Pricebook)

Department: Accounting - Pricebook

Location: Laval (4204 Industrial Blvd., Laval)

Hybrid mode: 3 days at the Laval office and 2 days remotely

THE ROLE

Do you enjoy interacting with people? Do you have a desire to understand behind-the-scenes supplier relationships? Are you computer friendly? This position will allow you to join a key department, while taking your first steps in the accommodation industry. Our Pricing Technician works closely with our merchandising team and operations to ensure accurate cost, promotional and retail pricing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage the product inventory in the accounting system;

• Manage and update the costing and selling prices;

• Create the various marketing promotions in the accounting system;

• Ensure the integrity of the prices in the database;

• Resolve technical issues in the store related to pricing;

• Compile statistics related to various data;

• Provide support to category managers.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Education:

• DEC or DEP in relevant field

Experiences:

• Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience;

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)

• Be meticulous, autonomous, show initiative and have a good analytical mind;

• Ability to manage priorities while respecting deadlines;

Language Skills:

• Bilingualism is mandatory (French and English) in both written and spoken languages, as the person will be required to serve English-speaking regions.
