Admin/Sales

Position Profile:

You will be working in a showroom where you help visitors choose tile for projects. You will

work in an energetic culture with a highly successful team, but you will also need the initiative

to work independently to meet our customers needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring

inquiries

• Establish a positive, ongoing relationship with customers

• Assist customers on product and design selection

• Create quotations and process sales orders - computer literacy with QuickBooks skills is an

asset but not required

• Continuously observe the showroom to ensure professional and clean presentation

Qualifications

• Basic mathematic skills are mandatory

• Ability to interact and communicate well with a wide variety of people

• Multi-tasking skills and adapt easily to different paces, personalities and tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
