Inside Sales / Sales Admin

Job Description:

· Classified ad sales, both in print and online platform. Warm lead calling, current ad renewals, some cold calling. Training provided. Could lead to more advertising sales opportunities down the road for the right self-starter.

· Helping to continue the evolution of our online classifieds platform

· Mailchimp co-ordination including proofing and general oversight.

· Online Display Ad Co-ordination between sales and our ad platform suppliers.

· Inside phone sales and admin for our print and online classified advertising service.

o Outbound calls, online orders, follow ups and customer service.

o Proofing, correcting and administering ads for our print and online services.

· Admin work and data entry

o CRM, Access, Excel, Word, SupplyPost.com custom web-based interphase

· Backup phone answering

· General office admin:

o Couriers, office supplies and more.

· Tradeshow attendance along with advertising and show supply co-ordination.

Requirements:

· Live geographically in Langley, Abbotsford, Mission or Maple Ridge specifically. Any further is too long of a commute. This is an 'in-office' position.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office software

· Strong multi-tasking capabilities

· Energy and enthusiasm for our products and services

· Have a reliable vehicle. There is no transit near our office.

· Good phone manner.

· Some Inside Sales experience would be a bonus, but we will train.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
