This is a fully remote position.
Expedition Expectations
- Assists and maintains email suite
- Research and book/hold flights for advisors
- Answer questions and resolve issues with advisors on complex air itineraries
- Process schedule changes, refunds and exchange of airline tickets
- Answer questions on GDS processes
- Helps maintain air queues

Passport to Success
- Minimum of three (3) years of travel industry or agency experience using Apollo GDS
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Excellent professional communication skills via email and phone
- Maintaining a favorable company image when interfacing with outside sources
- Demonstrate personal and organizational integrity
- Superior customer service skills
- Able to work in a team environment supporting management and staff, following policies, providing feedback, assisting in special projects, and taking on additional responsibility
- Organizational skills that result in high productivity
- Exceptional working knowledge of reading airline rules for exchanging/schedule changes/refunds etc.
