- Project Management & Analysis for streamlined NSOAR project types.
- New Store Openings, Optimizations (Renovations, Relocations, Temporary Space, Expansions) & Pop Up NSOs
- Oversee Inventory Management across AREA of ownership for all projects in portfolio.
- Forecast opening targets for all projects based on VBT, Sales Plans, Market nuances, etc.
- Run reporting for team and cross-functional partners.
- Manage assortment and inventory parameters via Anaplan & RMS to maintain depth replenishment, proper demand edits.
- Regular business analysis on projects to ensure proper maintenance strategy.
- Store set up in Anaplan
- Communicate and coordinate product activities for openings and optimizations with cross-functional partners such as Store Planning, Planning, Retail Operations, DC’s, Store Development and Logistics
- Set up Core and seasonal inventory with the appropriate mix based on sales contribution, destination/fixture capacities, minimum presentations, and inclusive sizing.
- Support with Store-to-Store Consolidation Analysis
- Other ad-hoc tasks and projects based on needs of the business.
qualifications:
- 1-3 years previous experience in a related field (planning, analytics, forecasting, Inventory Management)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, data analysis or equivalent experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to design formulae that proactively validate outputs and reports
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated confidence in creating new solutions to new problems
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI etc)
- This is an analytical role with lots of numbers, analytics, and systems - someone with a passion for these would thrive
- Experience with SQL databases, MS Power Query, and a data visualization application like Power BI or Tableau is an asset
