Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Follow electrical code, manuals, and other specifications to ensure safety and quality
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems
- Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit
- Pull wiring through conduit and terminate connections
- Test electrical systems using testing devices to ensure compatibility and safety
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs or replacements
Experience:
- Previous experience in electrical work is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with electrical systems and components
- Knowledge of low voltage systems is a plus
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical diagrams
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
Skills:
- Strong understanding of electrical principles and safety procedures
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Good communication skills
