Recruit, hire, train and schedule janitorial/housekeeping personnel.
Report progress daily, utilizing university provided apps.
Managing housekeeping operations in academic and commercial facilities.
Order supplies and equipment.
Perform bi-weekly payroll.
Recruit, install and manage subcontractors when required (IONFS promotes self performing personnel wherever possible).
Participate in labour management of non-union operations.
Comply with MOL Health and Safety regulations in all sites.
Perform WHMIS training and ensure SDS compliance.
Implement CIMS processes and enforce compliance in all sites.
Perform CRM (client relationship management).
Perform Quality Assurance audits utilizing OrangeQC app.
Develop and recommend operational objectives
Visit customers and maintain strong communicative relationships
Work closely with site client supervisor to solve problems
Review site specific scope of work and make recommendations
Promote extra services within existing and new opportunities
Ensure rapid response and corrective action to customer concerns/complaints
