Who We Are

Winright Law is a small, but growing team of lawyers, legal assistants, marketing and tech support staff. We practice business, real estate, and wills & estate law.

We do not work in a traditional law setting. We took a page out of tech start-ups, who we think have it right. We work in an open space concept where lawyers and staff can bounce ideas off each other, seek guidance and mentorship when needed, and have the flexibility of working from any of the desks, break-out rooms, or on our patio.

You will also have the marketing, and administrative support staff needed to maintain a certain standard level of customer service for your clients.

At Winright Law, you will become part of this culture and part of a fast-paced, passionate and dedicated team that works together to provide our clients with the highest possible level of service and advice. During the course of your position, you will be working on practices including real estate, wills & estate and business law. You will be working closely with lawyers to conduct legal research, write memoranda, draft and review agreements. We are prepared to invest the time in you to ultimately make you a better lawyer.

• Interest in practice areas of real estate, wills & estate and business law

• Exceptional attitude and aptitude – eager, flexible, positive, proactive, dependable, and willing/able to learn new skills.

• Proven team player – collaborative, personable, professional, and respectful with all levels of staff.

Other requirements are:

• Tech-savvy with sense of entrepreneurism: while embracing technology, we hope for our lawyers to not build just a practice, but a business also

• Value culture: building a great work-place culture is something that we really push for at all times

• Customer-service oriented: the customer experience is held at the top of the pyramid of what we hope to give to clients; everything else is secondary

• Efficient: we consistently try to build new systems and workflow processes so that we can be more efficient

• Bonus: a sense of humor, because life shouldn’t be taken so seriously.
