We require experienced laborers to work with us for the 2024 Asphalt Maintenance Season. We specialize in Hot Asphalt repair (potholes), Slurry Sealing, Line Painting and Hot Rubber Crack filling.
Your job would include daily tasks such as shoveling asphalt and sand, lifting, sweeping, working with slurry seal, hot rubber, operating blowers, power sweepers, plate tampers, assisting with signs, pylons, measuring, marking, line painting and taping. As well as other additional supporting tasks.
You must be capable of lifting 80lbs, walking 10 plus kms daily, making basic decisions on your own, learning new tasks, following safety procedures and working in the elements.
Mon- Friday
Weekends rarely
Overtime after 8 Hours daily
Average Approx. 50 Hours a week
some out of town work
Accommodations provide when out of town work is required along with a
daily Per diem pay.
Required
- Class 5 License required
- Acceptable Drivers Abstract
- Must be Bondable/ Criminal record check
- Steel Toed boots
- Labor experience or Asphalt/ sealing experience
- Experience driving
