Description
To be part of our team you will have great public relation skills, organizational and multi-tasking skills within a high paced yet upbeat office, with the added ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. You will be the front office person, helping the public, answering phones, have your own daily tasks to complete as well as provide support to the Administrator and Development Officer.
The Applicant should have academic training and/or work experience in the following:
- administrative practices and procedures
- accounting practices and procedures using
Munisoft
- use of Microsoft Excel and Word
