Job Description
* Manage project through entitlement process including but not limited to the following approval processes:
- Rezoning process
- Draft Plans of Subdivision process
- Draft Plan of Condominium process
- Site Plan Agreement process
- Registered Plans of Subdivision and Condominium
* Request, review and analyzes consultant proposals.
* Coordinate and manage the project consultant team to submit applications on time and budget.
* Build and maintain positive relationships within the organization, Municipality and Consultant team.
* Manage project scheduling, budgeting, and project documentation and control.
* Provide expertise and input to organization and consultant team.
* Provide regular project status updates.
* Promote strong collaborative professional working relationships with all internal team and external consultant team.
* Manage and be accountable for consultant team's progress and timelines.
* Assist in negotiating Section 37, encroachment agreements, shoring agreements with municipalities and adjacent property owners.
* Review, assess and comment on all reports and plans for development application submission.
* Review, manage and clear comments from municipality for final entitlements.
* Manage day to day project issues with the ability to Identify and resolve any issues and conflicts related to the project.
* Attend online progress meetings with organization, consultant team, and Municipality as needed.
