What We're Looking For:
As our Assistant General Manager, you will be a vital part of our team and play a pivotal role in our ongoing success. You will report directly to the General Manager and work with the other store managers.
Passion for Food: You must have a deep appreciation for high-quality food products and be eager to share that passion with our customers and team members.
Leadership & Management Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership abilities to motivate and mentor our dedicated staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
Operational Excellence: Proven experience in managing day-to-day operations, inventory control, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. High level computer and email literacy is necessary.
Customer Focus: Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, product knowledge, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Problem-Solving Skills: Tackle challenges head-on and implement effective solutions to improve store operations and profitability.
Flexibility & Mobility: Adapt to changing circumstances and maintain composure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must have their own vehicle and be mobile.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Review and improve store effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and creating innovative approaches to improvement.
· Uphold standards of excellence and consistent quality.
· Train Store Managers on best practices and ensure staff are being properly trained by Store Managers.
· Execute on strategic initiatives developed by the partner group.
· Reduce staff turnover and ensure employee morale and engagement is strong.
· Identify areas of opportunity to improve operations at the store and corporate level and present those ideas to the General Manager.

Salary: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
