Our Assistant Managersare an integral part of our stores, working closely with the Store manager to reach shared goals. They assist the store manage in team coaching, administration and ensuring that the right styles and brands are displayed on the retail floor.
Our job expectations:
· Motivate staff to meet or exceed production targets and budgeted weight
· Train, guide, encourage, and develop team members to exceed their full potential
· Set a standard for store conduct and customer service expectations
· Assist in recruiting and hiring the right applicants to meet store and company needs
Your qualifications:
- Stylish, with an interest in clothing brands and current trends
- Career minded, a self starter, and a quick learner
- Demonstrates a sense of positivity, energy, ownership and commitment in others
- Uses high energy levels to motivate and develop team members
- Strong merchandiser and excellent customer service skills
- Experienced, with 1-2 years of team management. We will train the right person!
