THE POSITION:

Lighthouse Custom Homes is looking for an AssistantSite Supervisor to join our team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for working alongside and assisting the Site Supervisor and construction team during the construction of our custom homes

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Work with and take direction from the Site Supervisor.

· Work in the field not only with the Site Supervisor and Warranty Technician but also work and interact with our valued trade partners and vendors.

· Will be asked to perform a variety of construction related tasks.

· Ensure site cleanliness and the compliance of all health and safety requirements as directed by our Health & Safety officer.

REQUIRMENTS

· Previous new home construction management experience would be an asset

· Organized and the ability to multi-task

· Self motivated and hardworking individual who can work independently in a fast-paced environment and with minimal supervision

· Have great communication skills.

· Must provide a clean drivers abstract.
