Assistant to Busy Sales Manager

Tom James is the world’s largest custom clothing company. We serve elite men and women who are too busy to shop or want help coordinating their personal wardrobes. Because of how many clients that I serve and the level of service that we deliver, I need someone to help me coordinate things behind the scenes. The duties associated with the role are varied, but include entering client garment orders into our online portal, coordinating deliveries with our courier, keeping garments inventoried/ organized, and identifying new potential clients using online research.

I am willing to train the right person so Canadian work experience is a bonus, but is not required. The right fit is self motivated (I am out of the office seeing clients often), highly organized, has good written and verbal communication skills, and is proficient with Microsoft office/ online research. The role is 30-35 hours per week and pays $27-$29 per hour depending on experience and education.

Please note that this role is in the office, not work from home. Applicants outside of the Lower Mainland will not be considered.
