About Our Client

Job Description
- Creatively orchestrate and expedite loan closings on real estate investment transactions
- Work with borrowers, brokers, underwriters and lawyers when reviewing all transactions
- Draft all financial terms while complete all underwriting terms
- Draft and review loan memos for credit committee review and approval
- Review all property financial statements and reports, inspection of properties and interview borrowers
